Delivery & Logistics Information
Delivery Channels• Domestic Japan orders: Delivered by Sagawa Express / Yamato Transport / Japan Post, with online tracking available.• Cross-border direct-mail orders: International dedicated logistics is used. Upon arrival in Japan, shipments are transferred to Sagawa / Yamato / Japan Post for final delivery, with online tracking available.
How to Track Your Shipment• Japan domestic leg: Log in to the respective courier's website and enter the tracking number.• International leg: Check updates via the logistics link on the order detail page.
Handling Special Situations• If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the parcel, first check with your building's concierge or a convenience store collection point, then contact customer service.• If the parcel is damaged, leaking, or severely deformed, refuse delivery on the spot, take photos, and contact customer service.• If you choose an unattended delivery option, we bear no responsibility for any loss, soiling, or damage caused by theft or environmental factors.
Freight Calculation
Core Billing StandardAll parcel freight is calculated by chargeable weight. The system automatically compares the actual gross weight and volumetric weight, taking the higher value as the final chargeable weight. Volumetric weight formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000 (international cross-border logistics standard)
Tiered Pricing• First weight: The minimum chargeable weight for a parcel; a fixed base shipping fee applies.• Additional weight: Weight exceeding the first weight is charged incrementally per unit.• The heavier and larger the parcel, the higher the freight in accordance with cross-border logistics pricing norms.※ Settlement currency is as shown on the order checkout page (Japan-region orders settle in JPY).
Cargo Classification & Charges• General goods: Standard apparel, homeware, and accessories containing no liquids, powders, sprays, or electrical/magnetic components — lowest freight rate.• Special compliant goods: Compliant items with mild electrical or care-product properties. Due to higher logistics control costs, a dedicated freight surcharge applies; the freight shown on the order page is the standard actual price.
Remote Area SurchargeHokkaido, Okinawa, and surrounding remote islands in Japan are classified as remote areas for international logistics. A uniform remote-delivery surcharge is applied by the logistics channel.
After-Sales Additional Charges (not charged by default)• Re-routing, return, or disposal fees caused by incorrect buyer address, failed delivery attempts, or deliberate refusal.• Overweight/oversize surcharges when parcels exceed logistics standard size and weight limits.
Delivery Timeframes
• Direct-mail orders: After order confirmation, estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. Customs clearance and public holidays may cause 1–3 days of delay.• Dispatch schedule: Orders placed on weekends or Japanese public holidays may experience slight delays. We will arrange dispatch at the earliest opportunity once operations resume.
